The Exterior
It is located on a quiet development in Playa Blanca named Alegranza. There are two pools including a childrens pool, they are cleaned daily and kept well maintained.
The views are to the Montana Roja (red mountain) which is great for a morning walk to the top with stunning views of Playa Blanca and Fuerterventura.
We have recently built a front gated patio area so that you can leave the villa doors a open and close the gate to help stop the small ones escaping.
The rear south facing patio is a real sun trap which has sunbeds and outside dining area under a shaded pergola and it is private.
There are always many sunbeds also available for your use around the pool.
Where ever you are on this development you will feel a sense space peace and tranquility.
